Hi Martin,
probably you know this, anyway. Briefly, when you build a package, the
debian builder apply the debian/patches to the upstream source. When the
process is finished, the patches are removed and the source must be like
the initial source. If not, a debian/patches/debian-changes-XXX is
droped with the differences.
Probably, the last patch (it is not applied yet) solves the problem,
but if you can sent me (only to me, I think is better) the
debian-changes-0.93.0-git-20110813-1913-1 file to check the problem.
