IMO, I think that is better check what bugs are solved in this version,
but no try to solve bugs (don't make patches for upstream / debian),
because I think is better don't spend time and make this "first" debian

solved. The bug #72917 in libwraster3 seems to be open.

How do you want to split them? The BTS classification does not seem to
be a good choice, as the "Normal bugs; Unclassified" section has 74
entries, but the "Normal bugs; Patch Available" only 4
