Probably just a temporary failure.
I've had this for quite a while now. The error I get is this:
% git clone git://repo.or.cz/wmaker-crm.git foo

error: expected SRV RR, found RR type 1
fatal: Unable to look up repo.or.cz
That looks quite not right...
