configurable.  It worked but looked bad at anything other than 64x64
so I discarded that idea.

Aside: wmaker needs to be restarted to see the affect of changing IconSize.

I am working in this part too. Gime two days to apply this patch. I have problems with icons in appdocks and cycling icons. I am not sure if two different functions are doing the same work.
