This is definitely not a bug, it depends on what each one thinks it's
useful or not.

I also don't think we can use those keys to perform some action by
default, people might be using them for other purposes (I seem to remember
using them as part of menu shortcuts to open applications in the past).

I'd close this as "invalid" or something.
