I have "WindowShortcut1Key" bound to Mod4+1, "WindowShortCut2Key" to
Mod4+2, and "WindowShortcut3Key" to Mod4+3:

(excerpt from ~/GNUStep/Defaults/WindowMaker):

  WindowShortcut1Key = "Mod4+1";
  WindowShortcut2Key = "Mod4+2";
  WindowShortcut3Key = "Mod4+3";

However, all three shortcuts have the same effect (which is to raise what
appears to be the first window I opened). I can't seem to find any
documentation on what the expected effect is; it would be really cool if
they switched to, say, the first window I opened in the workspace, then the
second, etc. like Mac OS/X.
