Ouch, sorry for messing with your muscle memory. Admittedly I didn't think of that, as I use the double-click, or ctrl+double-click to launch applications. What could be a better arrangement? It may be more logical to keep the appicon actions (launch, bring here, hide, settings & kill) on top, and the dock actions (dock position and add a drawer) underneath. But then you might add a drawer every time you want to kill the app...
