Well, some of them don't (as long as I remember,
at least in 0.92), which is somewhat irritating.
E.g., no type of placement strategy can make
OpenOffice/LibreOffice sub-windows not to
obscure dock/iconstrip on creation (happens
occasionally but quite frequently).
