Hello,
This patch is implementing the feedback I proposed on a patch some
time ago. I propose 2 versions of it:
- 'for review', showing the changes I propose (the patch does apply)
- 'final', which can be used to replace the commit
201ea95e9da043391b792a1e2ab91c9ec3872e59
if we prefer to keep a clean history (will be handy when the time
for the changelog write will come)
