As reported by Andreas Metzler [1], there is currently an issue with the
symbol versioning for libwraster between versions 0.95.6 and 0.95.7.

This was fixed in Debian by dropping the symbol version back to 3 (see the
first patch).  We propose to drop it down to 3 upstream as well (see the
second patch).  It would probably be a good idea to release a new version
(0.95.7.1?), maybe with just this patch, to minimize potential problems
with other downstreams.
