In order to get the latest release, which doesn't seem to be in the
repos yet, I imagine you'll just have to build it from source
yourself.  You can get the source code in a .tar.gz archive off the
WindowMaker website, or from the git repo.  Remove the old version,
build the new one from source, and you should be good to go.
Otherwise, you'll have to wait for whoever maintains that package in
the repo to update it.  At present, I only see up to 0.95.0 installed
on my machine, and I'm pretty sure I just installed that with yum, so
that would be the most current release in the Fedora repos at present,
as far as I can tell.
