Hi Nikolay,

wmaker is unable (yet, I hope) to read the user command if the typed command is 
different than the final command. For example, if the user uses an script with 
the command inside, wmaker only see the command inside the script, not the user 
command.

This is your problem, you run "wine <args>" but wmaker see "C:\..."

While the problem is solved, you can run your application using:

wine "application_path"

If you installed the application in wine, probably you should run:

wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/foobar2000/foobar2000.exe

Include the command in the icon...
