Hi I am a newbie to Windowmaker, but not to X. I am running WIndowMaker in Cygwin, and I am finding that I cannot type the capital "A" from my keyboard while WindowMaker is the window manager. Lowercase "a" works. Xterm and Eterm have the problem, including editors which have their own windows, such as xemacs. In fact the problem persists anywhere I have to input text from the keyboard.
This error does not occur under other window managers, nor under WIndows 10, which runs Cygwin. I have tried Gnome, FVWM, and MWM, and "A" types out fine. Any ideas about what to do, or troubleshooting tips? Paul King -- To unsubscribe, send mail to wmaker-user-unsubscr...@lists.windowmaker.org.
