Right clicking over the miniwindow brings up the applications menu. Moving the mouse off the menu to the miniwindow icon, releasing the right mouse button, and then left clicking still does not raise the window. A middle mouse click on top of the miniwindow does raise restore or raise the application. Normally the middle click anywhere else brings up the window list menu using the usb wireless mouse.
