Yes, for example "USB PS/2" from reichelt.de for 2,65 EUR.

Make sure you get one that has a a female PS/2 for connecting a PS/2
keyboard to a USB port. Many sites use "PS/2 to USB" and "USB to PS/
2" interchangeably due to brain damage. The one you want is the more
expensive of the two.

Good to know. Does it work with all ps2-keyboards and does it need
special drivers?

I've only used it with OS X (which comes with a shedload of drivers for everything under the sun), and only with a few keyboards, so I can't say for sure in either case.
