Yep - Sander and Nico have it right, and Steffan's second email made me realize my error (I just hadn't had a chance to say so).  I misread Steffan's email.  I'm a tool.  Everyone mock me.  I'm used to it.  ;-)

I had "rc" on the brain - when I saw "don't release until..."  Had I read more and typed slower all would be well.

Lol who needs a server farm to test a windowmanager written
in portable code. Anyway he just meant that there are still
some known issues so he shouldnt release until they are
fixed even if he has to protract the release date.
