Works fine for me, wmii-3, xpdf 3.01. My ~/.xpdfrc:

initialZoom width
continuousView yes
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Still doesn't work. The document only fill the left half of the window
when I tell it to fit width. I'm also using xpdf 3.01.
