Congratulations, Joseph Nebus!  By my reckoning, it happened at 11
p.m. (just as soon as California et al. closed).  Enjoy the bragging
rights!

Of course, Kevin Brabant gets the "Concession" award for being the
only person to predict there would *be* one. (It happened at 11:18
p.m., in case that was the time that you *would* have guessed.)
