There's an analysis of the arguments at http://www.whatsyourevidence.com .

The "wavier" shown in the Supreme Court docket means the repsondents are
essentially saying, "We don't want to waste time repsonding to this
bonehead" -- whatever the Latin phrase for that is. Since the Supreme
Court rejects the vast majority of such appeals, it's a fairly safe
thing to do. The trial judge described some of the arguments as
"frivolous and not worthy of discussion", and I don't think the Supreme
Court will disagree.

Unfortunately, this is just an expidited appeal. Once it's rejected,
they can still waste the Third Circuit's time going through the regular
appeal channels.

The argument is essentially that Obama is an illegal alien, and that
he's been able to keep this a secret from everybody all this time. Even
the State Department -- he has a passport, which would require
submitting a birth certificate to them.

The other hot story going around is that Obama never registered for the
draft, and that the copy of the registration provided by George W.
Bush's DoD is a fake. Again, it's a bunch of details that they claim are
"wrong", but would make absolutely no sense from the perspective of
someone actually trying to forge it.

See http://www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2008/11/exclusive_did_n.html
for an example.
