[from "Minn Post"] Bulletin: Judges rule against Coleman challenge in Senate recount contest
By MinnPost staff | Published Mon, Apr 13 2009 6:07 pm Just moments ago, the three-judge panel in the Senate election trial ruled (PDF) [a] that Norm Coleman's case to overturn the recount is dismissed. A 68-page opinion has been issued. "Franken is entitled to receive the certificate of election," judges write on page 21, in their 128th finding of facts in the case. Ben Ginsberg, Coleman lawyers, says, "We must appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court so that no voter is left behind." http://www.minnpost.com/politicalagenda/2009/04/13/8042/bulletin_judges_rule_against_coleman_challenge_in_senate_recount_contest [a] there's a link in the page, which I'm having trouble isolating, to that pdf. _____________________________________________________ Knowledge may be power, but communications is the key [email protected] [to foil spammers, my address has been double rot-13 encoded] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "World News Now Discussion List" group.
