NEW YORK (WABC) -- An original member of the Eyewitness News team has died.
Milton Lewis was famous for his fictitious "Mike the Fish" NY oddsmaker, and
his trademark phrase "now listen to this."
Milton was a former newspaper man turned local t-v legend.
As one long-time Eyewitness News staffer put it,"He was loved for his rumpled
demeanor, his acerbic wit, his encyclopedic knowledge of the city and his
refusal to suffer fools gladly."
Milton Lewis was 96.
