To tell the truth, despite watching Conan almost nightly at 1235pm, I haven't 
watched him much at all at 1135pm, because the show is trying to be funny to 
people who used to watch Jay Leno -- meaning that it's not funny, because Jay 
Leno wasn't funny.

If Conan disappears, he will land somewhere... because when he turns back into 
the old Coney, he still has enormous appeal to people who get it.
