There have been rumors swirling around that now have Jay leaving, citing the
treatment of Conan leading to Jay become the bad guy in all of this....
If NBC loses both Jay and Conan.......they are, in essence, screwed.

Maybe NBC could retain Conan in a "Sword of Damocles" role, just to
keep Jay on his toes!
(they haven't really exhausted the talent-frustrating shuffling they
*could* do, have they?)
