I just went to a supposed Halloween party, and all almost all of them
were doing was watching the game. So much for the cool bluegrass
music they all play most years (well, not all, it's about 80 people,
500 invitations, a dubious turnout I suppose, and there were about 12
holdouts still playing stuff outdoors on the sidewalk: I liked their
rendition of "Black Magic Woman" with lyrics that went "Bad Catholic
Woman," but it was a little out of the usual genre)
Anyway, you can be proud of me. I watched a whole half inning before
I couldn't take it any longer! Catcher's hats have changed since I
last watched baseball. I guess I could go back now that it's over,
but I'm too tired...
