I guess it can be lonely for anchors in the middle of the night. Increasingly, I'm seeing anchors talking to the taped correspondents, like Rob with Ron Claiborne today. (I guess *live* correspondents are at a premium, because they're generally SLEEPING then.) And, of course, there's the relationships certain anchors have with past-anchor cardboard cutouts ;-).
Does anyone have interesting stories about interactions-with-tape?
