I'm running video from KNBC, KCAL, KABC & KTLA - it is a definite shootout; last word is that about 100 officers are surrounding the cabin, and police have asked all news choppers to pull out of the area; they say there is lots of gunfire and that news crews would be in danger were they to remain in the area overhead. There are crews on the ground; I'm streaming KNBC now, and am watching both KNBC & KCBS/KCAL online.
