Only Canadian heathens. I don't think the Kit Kat Chunky is even in the
Hershey's Kit Kat lineup in the U.S.
I've seen it here, both in NYC and flyover country. It's
not as common as the basic 4 inch or so square package,
but it's around. Or rectangular, actually.
obwnn: and even if it were just the Canadians getting
hosed, we have, as Edward G. Robinson might have said,
a special "affinity" with them.
