Why would you think this would have any effect on the Negro Leagues museum?

(There are already Negro Leagues artifacts at the Baseball Hall of Fame, and 
Negro Leaguers have been enshrined there already. In fact, the Negro Leagues 
museum will tell you that they're expressly not a "hall of fame," because 
that's in Cooperstown.)
