Russian missile hit Japanese freighter in Black Sea A Japanese-owned cargo
ship was shelled in the Black Sea, south of Ukraine. A crewmember was
injured. Reuters reports a Russian missile hit the ship's stern, causing
the vessel to catch fire. | NHK

The invasion by Russia undermines the roots of the intl order; Japan will
not accept a unilateral change to the status quo by force or coercion.
Japan strongly condemns Russia & will deal with this issue swiftly in
cooperation with the US & other members of the intl community.
