Pretty sure she was. I don't watch NewsNation. It seemed promising at first, but with the additions of Chris C**mo, Dan Abrams and Bill O'Reilly, it's a hard pass for me now.
Fully, well, actually, only 95 percent agreed. When they were first announced by Nexstar they were going to be another attempt at "a couple of budget anchor desks, and then reports from the menagarie of local reporters from affiliated stations" deal. Which is a decent concept, but the airwave graveyards are filled with these. But then... Nexstar decided to head down the road of being "Fox Lite". Or alternatiely, as I post in reply to some of their crazed shulbit on Twitter, "tell us you're a corporate money launderer without coming right out and saying it". Plus, of course, Cuomo and a bunch of others. The reason I'm only 95 agreeing is that.. every so often they _have_ used this process, as Maxwell Smart used to say, "for good instead of evil". For example, they had _excellent_ coverage of the hostge/shotings at the umm, dammmmmmmit, there've been too many of these... But anyway, they had their reporter right down the block with solidly live and steady reports [a]. And yeah, this is three PWGS and one of their boyfriends, but also pretty good stories from Moscow, Idaho. [a] carefully edited and with apprpriate delays so as to not let The Bad Guy Inside, etc., etc. So I watch it every so often.
