General Hospital actor Johnny Wactor, 37, has been shot dead in Los Angeles in an alleged theft gone wrong. His mum Scarlett has paid tribute to the star in a heartbreaking statement ......The rising star - who appeared in American TV drama General Hospital - had reportedly witnessed three men attempting to steal his catalytic converter alongside a colleague early Saturday morning. Wactor's mum, Scarlett, said that he made no move to confront the thieves, but tragically, they are believed to have shot him before fleeing the scene. The local emergency services were swiftly alerted and arrived on location just after 3am.
