Corrections and amplifications Canada plans to impose tariffs on an 
additional $20.6 billion of imported U.S. goods. An earlier version of 
this article mistakenly said the tariffs would apply to $29.8 billion of 
goods, using a total in Canadian rather than U.S. dollars.
