Liberals, that is, Mark Carney's party, "win".
However, at this moment while they have more
seats in the Parliament, they don't have the
majority number, namely 172. We won't have
that info for another couple of hours.
(currenly, per CBC, they've got 156)
If they get 172, that's it.
If less, they have to make deals with the
smaller parties which might or might not
give everyone headaches.
