I will use Forrest to put the Design info on the Woden website. Internal
design info will go on the 'Development' tab, with a link on the navigation
bar.
User documentation (API Javadoc, programming model, configuration) should
probably go on a 'Documentation' tab.

I recommend the Woden Web site. Or maybe just in SVN can link to it
via the Web interface to SVN.
