WG and Woden,

I have defined an XML format [1] that processors can use to report the results of validating the test suite. This will let us start testing implementations for correct behavior on the bad documents. Good documents may also violate optional requirements (e.g. SHOULD and SHOULD NOT requirements).

I have also enhanced Woden to emit this format and have run it against both the good [2] and bad [3] documents.

We can use these reports to check the correctness of the validators. It should be fairly straighforward to generate a test result page from these validation reports and the test metadata file in the test suite.
