How about the StAX implementation in Woden? I believe we can use the same design methodology used with DOM and introduce StAXWSDLFactory, StAXWSDLReader etc. In the long run, this model could be used in Axis2 for WSDL2.0 support since AXIOM too is based on StAX. I have done some experimentation in this regard already, and would like to contribute by implementing the StAX based processing of WSDL in Woden. Thanks, Oshani.
