Test the Woden API support for the Description components and elements by
invoking each API method on instances of org.apache.woden.wsdl20.Description
and org.apache.woden.wsdl20.xml.DescriptionElement.
The objective here is simply to test the Woden API. Complete functional tests
for Description should be provided by the W3C WSDL 2.0 Test Suite.
