Hi all,
On the last status call we discussed the idea of moving the current Woden documentation [1] from the website to the wiki. The advantages of the wiki are:
1) It's easy to update
2) Non-committers can update the content as well as committers
The disadvantages are:
1) It's more difficult to version the documentation
2) It's more difficult to package documentation with milestone releases
I'm personally in favour of moving the documentation from the website to the wiki as I think at this point Woden's documentation needs a lot of work and our immediate priority should be reducing the burden of updating the documentation and opening up the documentation to all potential contributors.
I'd like to make this change in the next couple weeks. Please pipe in with your thoughts and concerns.
Thanks,
Lawrence
