The ASF has a site that allows you to show your involvement! Some of you may have already visited, but with just 66 people so far registering their details I'm guessing most of you haven't. Please accept this invitation to visit :-) The basic concept is that the ASF now has a central location for information about you - controlled and maintained by you! The chosen format for the information is FOAF files. If you don't have one already we have a web page that you can visit to create a file. If you already have one you simply need to provide it's address. Adding your information only takes a few minutes and will help show how diverse our community is. Once created the files are committed into a folder in the private committers repository. We generate a public website from the information - being careful about extracting only the information from the files that should already be public knowledge. Eventually I hope that the information will feed into more areas of the ASF and become a useful resource for the ASF as a whole, but for now the most obvious use is the public facing website.
