I have uploaded the M7 release candidate to peope.apache.org, downloaded it, verified the checksums, decompressed the archives and am now trying to test it by running the junit AllWodenTests from the cmd line. It runs OK with Java 1.42 but I get several testcase failures when running with Java 5 (IBM and Sun JREs). These are all WSDL504 errors (IOException when reading a schema import). I don't see this problem running AllWodenTests from a Junit client in Eclipse. Not sure yet if it's a config problem in my environment or a problem with the build, but I need to figure it out before asking for a vote on this release candidate. I won't be able to continue investigating this until late on Monday. Meantime, Woden devs could help by trying the same test. If it works for others with Java 5 I'll assume I have a config problem and go ahead with the vote request. The M7 release candidate is on people.apache.org in my directory: /home/jkaputin/woden/releases/1.0M7-incubating I have attached in this email some bat files I use for setting up the environment in case they're useful.

John, looks like IBM's email filters decided not to forward the bat files on. You could check them into SVN somewhere or try emailing them out in a zip.
