I have not run RAT on the release yet, but will do when I can find the tool. I can't find any information on the Incubator or ASF release mgt pages and so far searching has provided many RAT reports, but not the tool itself. Do you have a link?
I forgot to say that I ran RAT before voting. It looked pretty clean. Only niggle I could see really was that the LICENSE.xerces was an ASL 1.1 instead of ASL 2.0 which xerces now uses. I modified the trunk, but don't think this should mean a repackage of M7. Attached is the RAT output. Cheers, Jeremy
