When Woden started in the Incubator, IBM contributed the WSDL4J source to seed
the Woden podling. This source has been at this URL [1] since then. As per best
practices, I'm attaching the zip at [1] to this JIRA and selecting the 'Grant
license to ASF' which was always the intent - as an IBM employee, I'm do this
on behalf of IBM.
