Added support for EBNF grammar to whttp:location parsing logic. Awaiting
clarification from ws-desc working group on whether the spec should state an
assertion requiring that the http location must conform to the grammar.
Currently, the HTTPLocation object is flagged as invalid if the HTTP location
input string does not conform to this grammar, but there is not WSDL assertion
to use for error reporting.
