Keith, >From a post back in May I understand that you include the contents of the <document> element when representing a service in Axis2. We have an open Jira (WODEN-142) to change DocumentElement so that it represents the <document> element as an org.apache.woden.XMLElement, rather than as a java.lang.Object.
