Hi Pradeep,

As you said Woden user guide is  little bit outdated , any how i tried
to come up with a sample for your case but it leads in to a lengthy
code sample . so i thought it's a wise thing to post it in my blog so
that others also  can get help  out , please see [1].

since you are going to integrate this into Axis2 you don't need to
integrate Neethi with Woden classes , as you planed you can retrieve a
DOM element and possible to pass in to PolicyUtil class (to
getPolicyComponent(org.w3c.dom.Element element) method )
