This patch is only valid for new Maven compliant project layout (WODEN- 211) .
please commit this changes in to the branch "woden211" [1] . Since required
XML and XSD files not available in the 211 branch i have attached them here.
Maven AntRun plugin is used to download test-suite.zip from W3C and also to
executes W3C test suite and results are compared to W3C baseline.
