+1 Sagara has worked on Woden serialization and in doing so has had good exposure to Woden's API and Woden internals. He has provided patches for WODEN-65, WODEN-170, WODEN-208, WODEN-212, and WODEN-220. Sagara has been active in responding to user questions on the woden-dev list and has raised and participated in important decisions on the dev list including those for serialization, the equals method, and Woden's repository layout. I think making Sagara a committer will be very good for Woden and the Apache WS community and I look forward to seeing his drive breathe some new life into Woden.
