OK, let's wrap-up this discussion/vote every one like to go with
commons logging api so I will do the  necessary changes to the code
base.

Also we can keep Log4j as default logging implementation. Since Axis2
also use  commons logging API/Log4j combination they don't need any
modification in their end to support Woden logging. Thanks for
everyone for valuable comments.
