making processes in the organization:
FINANCE PLANNING and ANALYSIS MANAGER
Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities would
encompass the following key areas of control:
. Financial planning, analysis and management reporting
 Manage, review and analyze the Consumer monthly sales to
trading profit, working capital and recommend to management to
achieve its objective.
 Provide financial input for commercial decision (pricing, new
product launches, product sourcing, feasibility study, SKU
rationalization, Capital Investment Proposal), and ad hoc requirement
to maximize company's profit and reduce business risks.
 Manage and give recommendation to reduce working capital to
maximize cash flow and minimize risks.
 Ensure timely preparation and submission of
financial/management information and reports to Corporate.
. Budgeting and Forecasting
 Co-ordinate and participate in business forecasting and
budgeting
 Ensure successful and high quality completion of budget and
forecast as per Corporate guidelines.
 Provide financial advice and assist management to achieve
trading profit and working capital target.
. Business Opportunity
 Contribute to the identification of cost savings
opportunities to reduce cost and increase competitiveness.
 Provide analysis and advise on business opportunities and
issues, eg. Trade stock, currency expose, pricing, trade margin.
. Taxation
 Cooperate with Shared service to handle all taxation matters.
 Review tax calculations and projections for financial
statement.
 Minimize tax liability through informed application of tax
laws and regulations.
. Internal control and Financial Process Review
T0 best fit, YOU should possess the following qualifications:
 In your late 20's to mid 30's, with a minimum of 5 years
experience, last 3 years as a manager;
 Holding an accounting - finance degree gained from a
reputable university;
 Firm, decisive, yet could be flexible and proactive;
 Possess the highest level of personal and professional
integrity;
 Effective English communication skills (both verbal and
written), excellent interpersonal skills and management skills.
