Bung Risyaf, jakarta akan tetap rame dan tetap lebih kejam dari ibu tiri. yang patut dijadikan pelajaran adalah pola pembangunan oleh Belanda yang sangat Futuristik (jangka panjang). kali di daerah gunung sahari dibuat melintang dari kali Ancol yang merupakan pemikiran belanda, bahwa suatu saat Jakarta pasti banjir (karena termasuk dataran rendah), maka dibuat kanal2 anti banjir sejak 130 th yang lalu. begitu juga dengn beberapa bendungan dan selokan2 besar di jakarta. termasuk banjir kanal barat dan Timur.
